Local outlets of KFC and Pizza Hut, along with the Coca-Cola Company's warehouse, have been vandalized in diesel attacks.

Maldives Police have reported that further investigation is going on actively about this matter.

Reports indicate that a group of masked individuals doused these establishments with diesel and warned employees to halt their operations and services.

The diesel attacks have occurred following various boycott efforts against international franchises believed to support and fund the Israeli government.

Apart from the Maldives, several other countries around the world have also initiated boycott campaigns against companies and franchises due to their ties with the Israeli state.
