Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has begun the service of Dollar ATM. 

The bank has informed that customers with Dollar accounts will be able to withdraw dollar from this ATM placed at Ma. Faamudheyrige.

This 24-hour service ATM allows withdrawal as well as depositing services.

While every customer is able to withdraw up to 1000 Dollars per day they can only withdraw a total of 5000 Dollars per month. They will also be able to deposit 12000 Dollars per day.

Currently the ATM accepts MIB platinum cards.

However, MIB has informed that cards are not necessary for deposit of dollar. This same service is also provided by MIB's Rufiyaa ATM.

Rufiyaa withdrawal and depositing services are also available from MIB’s ATM Center in Ma. Faamudheyrige.

Recently MIB had also placed an ATM in Vilimale' providing the same services. In addition to this, MIB also provides service to Thilafushi, Male', Hulhumale', Addu city, Fuvahmulah City, Gdh. Thinadhoo, Kulhudhuhfushi City, and B. Eydhafushi.
