A child has passed away due to falling from 5th floor of a house in Henveiru.

A media official for the Police stated that they had received information about a child falling from 5th floor of a house in Henveiru around 12:20 last night.

They also stated that the child was 4-year-old boy and that ADK hospital had informed them of his passing whilst under treatment there.

They added that they were investigating the issue.
