Four journalists receive MNU Dean’s award for academic excellence
Four journalists have been awarded the prestigious Dean’s Award by the Faculty of Arts at the Maldives National University (MNU), in recognition of their outstanding academic performance.
The Dean’s Award is presented each semester to students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and maintain the highest standards of excellence in their studies.
This semester’s recipients are all pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Public Relations.
The awardees include Chief Editor of The Voice, Shafraz Ahmed Hussain, Aminath Shaziya and Shifna Ahmed from Public Service Media (PSM), and Leevaan Ali Naseer from Adhadhu.
The awards were presented during a special ceremony held at MNU on Thursday.
The certificates were handed over by the University’s Chancellor, Dr. Mahamood Shougee.
The recognition highlights the recipients’ dedication to both academic excellence and their contributions to the media industry.
