President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has officially launched a public WhatsApp channel as part of his broader initiative to enhance direct communication with the public.

Announcing the launch through a post on social media, the President encouraged the public to join the channel to receive regular updates and important information. 

The platform will serve as a space where citizens can access daily briefings, official announcements, and presidential messages.

This new WhatsApp channel is the latest addition to the President's ongoing efforts to maintain transparent and direct communication with the public. 

In addition to this platform, President Dr. Muizzu continues to engage with citizens through various other initiatives.

He hosts a weekly podcast titled “Rayyithunna Eku”, which translates to “With the People”, broadcast every Thursday, where he discusses national matters and policy directions. 

Furthermore, the President addresses public queries and concerns through the initiative “President’s Answer”, which allows for more interactive communication.

During the fourth episode of his podcast, President Dr. Muizzu said that he gives special priority to sharing information with the people as closely as possible.
