Later in the evening, Aishath Shifana Wajeeh provided valuable insights on fasting and maintaining physical fitness, helping children understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle during the holy month.
Maldives Islamic Bank’s Bingaa Account Bundle, designed to promote financial literacy among children includes 3 different types of accounts.
• A traditional savings account to encourage saving habits.
• A long-term investment account to introduce the concept of financial planning.
• The Bingaa Transaction Account, aimed at helping children understand daily financial transactions
To ensure responsible financial management, the Bingaa Transaction Account allows parents to set transfer and spending limits, providing them with control over their child’s financial activities. Additionally, children aged seven and above can apply for a Bingaa debit card and access internet banking, giving them an early introduction to digital banking in a secure and monitored environment.
