Minister Faisal embarks on "Welcome India" roadshow tour

Tourism Minister Ibrahim Faisal has departed for Delhi to participate in the "Welcome India" Roadshow, a key promotional event for the Maldives tourism sector.

In a post shared on X today, Minister Faisal announced that the Maldives will be represented at the roadshow in collaboration with the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC), Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO), and the National Hoteliers and Guesthouses Association of Maldives (NHGAM).

The "Welcome India" Roadshow is scheduled to take place from July 30 to August 3, with events in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

The roadshow aims to boost tourism ties and attract more Indian tourists to the Maldives.

Minister Faisal expressed optimism about the roadshow, hoping it would be both fruitful and successful in strengthening tourism connections between the Maldives and India.
