Minister Moosa Zameer embarks on official visit to Saudi Arabia

Foreign Minister Moosa Zameer has departed  yesterday for Saudi Arabia to participate in the Special Meeting on Global Collaboration, Growth, and Energy for Development, organized by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the Government of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This high-profile conference brings together over 700 leaders from various sectors to address pressing global challenges.

During his visit, Minister Zameer will engage in high-level events and sessions, where he will meet with government officials, business leaders, and representatives from international organizations.

The summit aims to foster discussions on crucial issues affecting international communities, including the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the humanitarian crisis resulting from Israel's actions.

Minister Zameer's participation underscores the Maldives' commitment to international cooperation and its proactive engagement in addressing global issues.
