MMPRC shines light on Maldives' dive adventures at ADEX Ocean Mission 2024
The Maldives Marketing & Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC / Visit Maldives) joined forces with six industry partners to showcase the stunning underwater landscapes of the Maldives to the Southeast Asia (SEA) market at ADEX Ocean Mission 2024.
The event took place from April 12th to April 14th, 2024, at the Suntec Singapore Exhibition and Convention Centre.
ADEX, boasting a 26-year history, stands as the largest and longest-running dive expo in Asia, attracting distinguished VIPs and speakers from various fields such as scientists, marine conservationists, underwater photographers, and videographers.
It serves as a platform for exhibitors including dive operators, equipment manufacturers, and national tourism boards of countries.
During the event, Visit Maldives engaged in various activities at their stand, including conducting consumer surveys, distributing informative flash cards about Maldivian marine life, and showcasing artworks depicting different dive locations in the Maldives.
MMPRC seized the opportunity at ADEX Ocean Mission 2024 to disseminate the latest destination information and raise awareness for the Maldives as a premier dive destination.
The event also provided a valuable platform for MMPRC to gather market intelligence specific to the niche segment, enabling the organization to understand the sentiments of divers and dive enthusiasts from the Asian and Southeast Asian markets.
