Police have appealed to the public for information regarding a man who has been missing since November.

The missing individual has been identified as Abdul Aziz Mohamed, 64, from Dhunfinige, Fuvahmulah.

According to police, Abdul Aziz was employed on cargo vessels.

Authorities said the family last made contact with him on 3 September.

Police further revealed that a family member later located him near Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) in November.

Since that time, no additional information has been obtained regarding his whereabouts or condition.

Police confirmed that investigations are ongoing and that no verified sightings have been reported since November.
