President Yameen remains strong and requests everyone to hold the government accountable: Abdul Raheem

PPM President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gaymoon has shared a special message with the people of the Maldives. 

Speaking at a meeting held last night at the PPM office, Abdula Raheem said that the opposition leaders had the opportunity to meet President Yameen on Wednesday afternoon. 

Abdul Raheem stated that President Yameen is even stronger than ever before and there was no need to worry about anything. 

President Yameen is in jail. By passing a Haram Judgement, But he was very strong. Last time. the day I met him in jail and now is a thousand different. I don't see any kind of nervousness on his face

Abdul Raheem said president Yameen had expressed gratitude to the people for their tireless work for him since he arrived in jail. Abdul Raheem further stated that he had requested everyone to make the government accountable without giving up. 

In particular, Abdul Raheem expressed his desire to strengthen efforts to defend the country's independence and sovereignty.

He requested that not a single drop should be left behind. Let's be strong and talk strongly about this government. Don't leave them ( the government) think that we will always get relief from them

Abdul Raheem stated President Yameen was in jail with great determination. He also said that he will win the upcoming presidential election with the blessings of God.

President Yameen wants the people not to be disappointed if he has to remain in jail, Abdul Raheem said. "I request you to make the government accountable in a more comprehensive manner," he said.
