Public Service Media (PSM), together with several private media organizations, will hold a nationwide telethon tomorrow to raise assistance for Sri Lanka following the severe damage caused by the powerful storm "Ditwah".

PSM announced that the fundraising event will run from 9:00 a.m. tomorrow until 1:00 a.m. on 30 November 2025.

Highlighting the deep historical and cultural ties between the Maldives and Sri Lanka, the state broadcaster stressed that supporting the Sri Lankan people during this difficult period is both a national responsibility and an important humanitarian duty.

PSM has invited all media outlets to participate in the telethon and noted that associations, clubs, and offices across the country are also welcome to join the effort.

Viewing the initiative as a national cause, Voice is participating in the telethon as well.
