Nexia Maldives to lead formulation of nation’s 20-year development plan
The Ministry of Finance and Planning has engaged Nexia Maldives to spearhead the formulation of the Maldives’ 20-Year National Development Plan (NDP), a strategic initiative aimed at charting a long-term roadmap for sustainable national progress.
The NDP will serve as a comprehensive framework to guide public policy, investment, and planning over the next two decades.
Anchored in sustainable development goals, the plan will address the country’s evolving economic, social, environmental, and infrastructural priorities.

A nationwide consultation process is set to be undertaken to gather perspectives from a wide range of stakeholders.
