Maldives has been shortlisted for:

- Most Desirable Country – Worldwide

- Most Desirable Island(s) – Worldwide

These accolades, determined entirely by public vote, are among the most esteemed recognitions in the international travel industry. 

Voting is open until 17th October 2025, and Visit Maldives is encouraging travellers and fans to cast their votes and show support for the Maldives.
