The Maldivian Blood Services (MBS) has launched a new hotline number 7333645, aimed at enhancing accessibility to its services.

In an announcement shared on X (formerly Twitter) today, MBS stated that the hotline was introduced to streamline communication and make it easier for individuals and organizations to reach out for assistance.

The hotline will be operational during the agency’s official working hours.

In addition to phone calls, the public can also use Viber and WhatsApp to connect with the service for information and support.

Since April this year, MBS has extended its service hours and is now open from Saturday to Thursday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Services are currently being provided from the Orange Hiyaa building in Hulhumalé.

The hotline is expected to further support MBS’s ongoing efforts to improve blood donation coordination and access to essential services.
