Aasandha Company has urged the public to report any difficulties encountered when obtaining medicines under the national health insurance scheme.

The company emphasized its commitment to addressing such concerns and ensuring uninterrupted access to medications.

In a statement issued today, Aasandha requested individuals to report incidents where they are required to pay for medications or find medicines unavailable under the scheme.

Complaints can be submitted via Viber at 7591400, and individuals are required to include a copy of their prescription and receipt for verification.

The announcement follows growing concerns about the availability of certain medicines under the scheme after Aasandha revised its pricing structure.

The government is actively working on reforming the Aasandha scheme, which has historically been a significant financial burden on the state.

The scheme consistently exceeds its annual budget allocation due to high expenditures, particularly on medicines.

As part of the reform efforts, the government has implemented price controls on 250 essential medicines covered under Aasandha.

These medicines were previously sold at substantial profit margins by businesses.

The reforms also include improved monitoring systems for dispensing medications.
