After a temporary hiatus due to ongoing airport development projects, the national airline of the Maldives, Maldivian, has announced the resumption of flights between HDh. Hanimaadhoo and Trivandrum, India.

Previously, flights between Hanimaadhoo and Kochi, as well as Trivandrum, were put on hold to facilitate airport development projects.
