Maldivian Airlines has introduced an innovative service called 'Throughfare', bridging domestic flights within the Maldives with international destinations.

This service enables customers to seamlessly book their desired international flights alongside their domestic itinerary, simplifying the booking process.

Initially available on domestic routes to Dhaka, Bengaluru, and Colombo, passengers can now effortlessly link their domestic and international travel plans.

Likewise, travelers arriving from these international destinations can conveniently include domestic flights within the same booking.

The introduction of Throughfare aims to streamline ticketing procedures and address common challenges encountered by travelers.

As an added incentive, passengers utilizing this service will receive discounts of up to 5 percent.

Looking ahead, Maldivian Airlines plans to expand the Throughfare service to include Trivandrum and Kochi in India, further enhancing connectivity and convenience for passengers.
