A foreign national was found unconscious with visible injuries in Malé, prompting an emergency response and police investigation.

According to the Maldives Police Service, the incident was reported at approximately 6:18 PM on Kalhuhuraa Magu in the Henveiru district.

The individual was discovered near the entrance of a residence, reportedly bleeding from the mouth.

Police confirmed that the victim, identified as a foreign male, was immediately transported to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) for urgent medical treatment.

Authorities have stated that an investigation is currently underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
