The Maldives junior women's swimming team has made a notable impression at the National and Junior National Long Course Swimming Championship in Sri Lanka.

The team secured a bronze medal in the 4x100m Medley Relay, featuring Amna Thazkiya Mirsad, Zoha Azli Naseem, Malaika Linda Imran, and Zaha Zaidul Khaleel, with a time of 05:58.03.

Additionally, Amna Thazkiya Mirsad excelled individually, earning a bronze medal in the 100m freestyle with a new national record time of 01:05.03. 

These achievements highlight the Maldives team's impressive performance and mark a significant milestone in their international swimming journey.
