BML announces new project to fund nationwide waste management efforts
The Bank of Maldives has announced the launch of its Waste Management Grant project, a strategic initiative designed to enhance waste management practices across the country.
The program aims to foster environmental sustainability by providing funding for the purchase of equipment to improve waste management facilities in communities nationwide.

This grant demonstrates our commitment to environmental sustainability as part of our responsibility as a business. We look forward to partnering with local organizations to not only implement new waste management solutions but also to upgrade existing systems, paving the way for a cleaner and greener Maldives

The grant is open to local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working on waste management initiatives.
Interested applicants are required to submit their applications via email to [email protected] by 4:00 PM on October 21, 2024.
