President Dr Muizzu engages with Maldivian community in New York
During his visit to New York for the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu met with members of the Maldivian community residing in the city at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Maldives on Sunday.
In an engaging session, the President actively listened to the concerns of Maldivians living in the United States, seeking to understand their needs and the challenges they face.
He emphasized the Government’s commitment to fostering open dialogue and ensuring that policies are shaped by the voices of the people.
Prior to the community meeting, President Dr Muizzu took a moment to sign the guest book at the Permanent Mission, marking his visit to the diplomatic office.
