Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced the opening of applications for its 2024 Graduate Internship Program.

This yearlong program offers graduates and students from local higher education institutions the chance to gain practical work experience in the banking sector.

Interns in the program will rotate across various business units, departments, and branches within the bank, allowing them to develop a broad range of skills.

The program also offers a potential pathway to permanent employment at BML or other financial institutions in the Maldives.

Participants will receive a monthly allowance of MVR 6,000, along with additional benefits such as a Ramadan bonus and paid leave.
