Stelco introduces new hotline
Stelco has launched a new hotline, 1545, aimed at improving customer service and accessibility.
The hotline, announced today through the company’s social media channels, is designed to facilitate closer interaction with the public and offer convenient access to Stelco's services.
Through this number, customers can inquire about the services provided by Stelco and report issues related to electricity bills and other company-related concerns.
Additionally, Stelco Care offers communication with the company's contact center via Viber, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Earlier this year, Stelco also introduced a dedicated complaint hotline in response to numerous complaints regarding high electricity bills.
