Ooredoo Maldives donates health kits to the Utheemu Health Centre.

The health kit was handed over to the Utheemu Health Centre by Khalid Al Hamadi, CEO and Managing Director of Ooredoo.

Ooredoo has launched this initiative to support the healthcare industry and encourage healthy living. Ooredoo plans to hand over health kits to all of the country's medical facilities.

During a special meeting with Health Minister Ahmed Naseem, Ooredoo Maldives CEO and Managing Director Khalid Al Hamadi, and other top officials earlier this year, it was revealed that the kits would be donated to 167 health centers and health posts across the nation.

The health kit donated by Ooredoo includes critical medical equipment commonly used for health care such as stethoscopes, digital sphygmanometers, pulse oximeters, autoscopes, digital thermometers and nebuliser machines.

Ooredoo has been working hard to promote good health amongst Maldivians in support of achieving the United Nations' Third Sustainable Development Goal 'Good Health and Well-Being'.

Ooredoo has also done various other programs in the Maldives sponsoring local councils, recreational clubs, and several tournaments across the country to make the community live a healthier life.
