Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort will premiere in the Maldives in early Q2 2023 under Minor Hotels' Avani brand. The resort is the Minor's sixth property in the nation and is situated in the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

The gorgeous new private island resort Avani+ Fares will have all the attention to detail, experiences, and unmatched service that one would expect of a high-end Maldivian vacation without the ostentation.

In addition to a private beach and in-villa dining, guests will be treated to a variety of Maldivian and international cuisines in each of the seven restaurants during their stay. Through the utilization of seasonal ingredients, each restaurant strives to reduce its carbon footprint. The resort's little farm will supply organic food and the resort is set to have the first kids-only restaurant in the Maldives, so young visitors can savour wholesome fare.

The resort is located on the western tip of Baa Atoll and will offer simple access to the renowned Hanifaru Bay. Divers at Fares will have a variety of 12 dive sites to choose from. Additionally, visitors will have access to the 725-foot Avani house reef and the neighbouring Fares reef, which are both brimming with marine life including turtles and dolphins.

The resort is only a 35-minute seaplane ride from Velana International Airport. The resort is set to be one of the top resorts that will debut in the Maldives in 2023.
